一、基本情况

PA视讯平台,PA视讯,PA视讯官网营养与食品卫生学教研室教师，博士，校聘教授，硕士研究生导师。湖南省疾病预防控制中心（湖南省预防医学科学院）客座教授。担任《Journal of Future Foods》、《Food & Medicine Homology》、《Biofunctional Materials》、《Advanced Functional Foods》等高水平杂志青年编委。长期从事食品功能因子营养功能及药理药效学；食品功能因子运载体系（纳米粒子、水凝胶）构建及应用；食品功能因子超分子自组装体系等相关研究。涉及糖尿病、心肌缺血、肝肾损伤、胃溃疡、结肠炎、创面愈合等多种疾病的预防与治疗。现主持湖南省教育厅重点项目和PA视讯平台博士启动项目等。近年来，累计发表学术论文共计20余篇，累计影响因子大于75。其中以第一作者/通讯作者在《Advanced Healthcare Materials》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Food Bioscience》、《Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces》、《International Journal of Pharmaceutics》、《Materials Science & Engineering C》、《Biomacromolecules》、《Biomaterials Science》、《ACS Biomaterials Science & Engineering》等杂志上发表SCI论文12篇，发表中文核心期刊1篇。
